1 Day Acuvue Moist is the upgraded version of 1 Day Acuvue and has an additional moisture rich ingredient to stay comfortable for a longer time.
Johnson & Johnson also used the technique of silicone hydrogel in its weekly lenses. Advance utilizes Hydraclear, a moisture-enriching agent. Oasys contains an improvement of this technique, called Hydraclear Plus.
The entire collection of Acuvue lenses contain a high level of UV protection. In fact, at the time of writing (2012) only contact lenses Acuvue Oasys, Acuvue Advance and Acuvue Advance for Astigmatism has received World Council of Optometry Seal of Acceptance for UV-absorbing contact lenses.
Surevue, Acuvue 2 and Bifocal has been around for over a decade and proved to be invaluable for a wide range of lens wearers. Johnson & Johnson has also designed toric lenses specifically for those who suffer from astigmatism, which is available in models as toric daily lenses (such as 1 Day Acuvue Moist for Astigmatism) or toric monthly lenses (like Oasys for Astigmatism).
